The fourth and final Edinburgh derby of the Scottish Premiership season sees Europe-chasing Hibernian host league leaders Heart of Midlothian at Easter Road on Sunday afternoon.

Hibs will be desperate to win Sunday's showdown for two reasons: firstly, they're still firmly in the hunt for European football and are aiming to leapfrog Motherwell in fourth and secondly, they'll be out to hurt Hearts' title charge. Having lost by a sole goal in both previous Tynecastle meetings, the Hibees battered their rivals for the opening hour in the last Easter Road derby and will be hopeful of repeating the feat this weekend.

Hearts enter the post-split fixtures at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, becoming the first club outside of Glasgow's big two to achieve the feat. The Jambos are seeking a first league victory at Easter Road since December 2023, having drawn one and lost their last two since. With five games to go, the league leaders will be desperate to enter next week's huge title showdown at Tynecastle against Rangers with another win.

Hibs will hope to claim a second Leith derby victory, after Hearts won both derbies in Gorgie, but Sunday could produce a share of the spoils which would do neither side any favours.
