St Johnstone and Hibernian are both hoping to return to winning ways this weekend, as the two teams meet at McDiarmid Park in one of two Scottish Premiership matches on Sunday afternoon.
St Johnstone missed out on a first Scottish Premiership victory against Dundee since October 2024, but a late leveller ensured that they departed Dens Park on Wednesday night with a point, having now gone four without a win against the Dark Blues. Saints haven't beaten Hibernian in a league game since a 2-1 victory at Easter Road in April 2024, losing three of the four meetings in the 2024/25 campaign.
Hibernian head to Perth probably pleased about their change of scenery, having now lost their last five Scottish Premiership matches at Easter Road - their longest run since August 2010 (where they also lost five on the spin) - following their derby day defeat to Hearts on Thursday night. Having now lost three Edinburgh derbies in a row for the first time since March 2012, Hibs will hope to bounce back on Tayside.
